We Build the Cloud
Behind Live Broadcasts
Subverzon is a product company building specialized cloud platforms for the people who make live events and broadcasts happen — from streaming infrastructure to tournament operations and esports production.
The Short Version
Live production is hard. Streaming, graphics, failover, multi-platform delivery, real-time data — these are complex technical problems that deserve purpose-built tools, not adapted consumer software.
We started Subverzon because we saw broadcast and esports teams struggling with fragmented toolchains and manual processes that didn't scale. So we set out to build the cloud infrastructure they actually needed.
The Problem We Saw
Professional broadcast teams were using consumer-grade tools, managing streams through spreadsheets, and manually updating every graphic during live shows. The tools didn't match the job.
What We Decided to Build
Cloud platforms built specifically for live production workflows — starting with streaming infrastructure (Helix) and expanding into tournament operations, graphics, and production control (Nexar).
Where We Are Now
Helix is live and handling real broadcast workloads. Nexar 2.0 is in active development, being shaped with input from production teams who know what they need.
Where We're Going
Toward a unified broadcast platform where streaming, graphics, data, and automation work together seamlessly — with intelligence that makes every production smarter.
What We Build
Two products. One mission: make live production easier, more reliable, and more automated.
Helix
LIVEThe streaming side. Helix takes in your camera feeds, monitors their health, switches to backups automatically, and delivers to every platform simultaneously. It's the traffic control system for your live video.
Explore HelixNexar
IN DEVELOPMENTThe operations and production side. Nexar manages tournaments, teams, rosters, and match data — then connects it all to live game APIs, automated graphics, and production control. One platform for the full competitive event workflow.
Explore NexarHow We Think About Building
Four principles that shape every product decision we make.
Built for Operators
We design for the people in the control room — the ones who go live, switch feeds, and fix problems at 2am. Their reality shapes our product.
Reliability First
We don't ship half-finished features. Live broadcasts can't afford downtime, and neither can our reputation. Things work before they ship.
Cloud-Native
No legacy software ported to the cloud. Our platforms were designed for elastic scale, session-based billing, and modern infrastructure from day one.
Automate the Boring Parts
If a production step is repetitive and predictable, we automate it. Human attention should go to creative decisions and live judgment calls.
Why Subverzon?
We know the operations side
Our products are shaped by real experience running live broadcasts. We know what breaks at 3am, what scales under pressure, and what operators actually need in the moment.
Modular, not monolithic
Use what you need. Both Helix and Nexar are designed as composable platforms — start with one capability, grow into the rest.
Domain-specific, not generic
We don't try to be a general-purpose cloud tool. We focus on broadcast, esports, and live production — and build products that are genuinely great for that space.
Built for the long term
We're not chasing feature checklists. Every investment — Helix, Nexar, the intelligence layer — is part of a deliberate direction toward smarter, more unified broadcast infrastructure.
Who We Build For
If you work in live production, you're probably our people.
Broadcasters
Teams delivering live content for esports, sports, entertainment, and enterprise events.
Tournament Operators
Organizations running multi-day, multi-region competitive events with complex production needs.
Production Teams
Operators, technical directors, and graphics staff who need reliable tools for live workflows.
Esports Organizers
Companies and leagues running competitive gaming broadcasts across titles and regions.
Media Tech Leaders
Decision makers evaluating cloud-native tooling to modernize their broadcast stack.
Partners
Technology partners and integrators building on broadcast infrastructure platforms.
The Vision
We're building toward a world where live production is simpler, more reliable, and more intelligent. Where streaming infrastructure handles itself, graphics update automatically, and production teams can focus on telling great stories instead of fighting their tools.
Helix is expanding its orchestration capabilities. Nexar 2.0 is being built as a comprehensive tournament operations, data, graphics, and production platform for esports. And across both, we're developing AI-powered workflow tools that make every event smarter than the last.
